On December 14, 2023, an ice hockey game organized by Daniel Forstner and Alexandra Müller-Guttenbrunn took place at the Amstetten ice rink. A total of 10 players and 20 enthusiastic spectators gathered together.

Two teams, consisting of employees (2 women and 8 men) from different branches, engaged in an exciting match on the ice. MGG Holding provided five participants (Katrin Bühringer, Maximilian Müller-Guttenbrunn, Thomas Mai, Jürgen Gleiß, Daniel Forstner) followed by MGG Polymers (Gerald Jagersberger, Michael Dorner) and Metrec with two participants each (Hanna Ziervogl, Marco Fahrnberger) as well as MüGu Kft. Hungary with an outstanding player, Norman Danku. Unfortunately, colleagues Steffen Schulz and Philipp Franz (both from MER Germany), who provided the impetus for the event, were unable to take part due to illness.

Excitement and team spirit defined the game, and after an intense match, the final score was determined: 11:10. The close result reflected the dedication and passion of the teams on the ice. Fortunately, no one was injured, although some participants surely experienced muscle soreness.

The catering for players and spectators left nothing to be desired - non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine and sausages provided the necessary refreshments in the club room. After the game, there was a cozy get-together to round off the sporting event.
