We love electrical scrap! MGG Polymers obtains its raw materials directly from plants all over Europe which, although primarily processing electrical scrap as defined in the national register for waste electric equipment (EAR), also recycle end-of-life vehicles. These direct sources of supply ensure the availability of raw materials for continuous production.
It would be a shame to throw it away! Most of our raw materials are obtained from the processing of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). We accept mixed plastics in variety of grain sizes and degrees of purity. These fractions are rich in plastics and obtained from sources that include waste appliances such as vacuum cleaners, telecommunication devices, receivers, toys etc.
We monitor everything closely! Any contamination by metals, rubber, foam, wood and similar materials are detected in our laboratory, and we then determine if plastic mixtures can be processed further in our plant.
We also purchase ground materials! Processing involves fractions of pure types of ABS or PP or mixed ground materials consisting of ABS/PP or PP/PE.
