Quality of the Material

  • MGG Polymers normally sources material with a size of between 10–100 mm
  • Please inform us if the material needs to be shredded (i.e. has a size of over 100 mm)
  • Keep the production of fines low (choice of adequate shredding technology or technologies)
  • Remove contaminants, such as glass and wood, prior to the shredding
  • If feasible, separation of the fine fraction by suitable sorting technologies

MGG Polymers analyses every incoming load and amongst the parameters tested are target plastics for the recycling into PCR plastics, remaining metals, mineral and organic waste materials and humidity. 
These parameters define the value of the material delivered at MGG Polymers.
